Lets Get Started

In PSP open a new image size 600 x 600, flood fill white. Create a new raster layer. Flood fill new layer with black. Apply the mask provided. Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Create a new raster layer and flood fill with black. Paste as a new layer, your tube. Merge down. Apply the mask provided to this layer. Layers - Merge - Merge Group. Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

Paste the ribbon to the lower end of the mask. See my tag. Paste as a new layer, the button at one end of the ribbon. Resize the button down by 85%. Duplicate and place at the opposite end of the ribbon.

Paste, as a new layer, the diamond. Resize down to 15%. Duplicate and merge down. Duplicate again until you have 7 total. Place one at each corner of the octagon. See my tag. Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

For the name text, I used the font Paris - Size 20 - Background color is #e4e3e4 -  Foreground null. Depending on the length of your name, type out two to three times. Rotate left by 15 degrees.

Add copyrights.

Use your lasso tool to encircle each of the diamonds. On your keyboard type Shift and D. This will duplicate your tag. Repeat until you have 4 frames.

Click on your first frame. Effects - Plugins - Xenofex2 - Constellation. Settings are... Click settings tab and then Bling Bling - Star Size = 2 - Size Variation = 25 - Edge Star Density = 19 - Overall Star Density = 0 - Overdrive = 67. Twinkle Amount = 75 - Click Keep original image. Selections - Select None. Copy your tag and paste in Animation Shop.

Back in PSP click on your second frame and repeat the effect. This time click the random seed tab. Selections - Select None. Copy and take to Animation Shop. Right click the tag you already posted and paste after current frame. Repeat these two steps with the remaining two frames in psp. You should have four frames.

Save your tag, and you are finished.
